Kettle Green Communications is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we retain any information by which you can be identified and contacted, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We only hold the information required to contact you either by phone, email or hard copy (if you so choose to provide us with this information), for when we have something we believe you to have a legitimate interest in receiving. We may also have access to your profile and information on social media sites or certain websites if you have added your details to such networks or websites.

 

What we do with the information we gather

 

We require this information to fulfil our service to you as a communications agency. As such, we may send you emails with press releases or other content or enquiries, which we think you will find relevant. None of our communication methods are automated, and if we contact you it will be regarding a specific issue which we believe will be of interest to you.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information you have provided to us.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We will only share your information with our clients or vice versa if it is necessary and only once we have jointly discussed a position by telephone or electronic means and you have confirmed to us that you are happy for us to do so.

 

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
